Your new role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform – with a primary focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application. You will combine hands-on development with day-to-day operational support, ensuring our platform remains reliable, scalable, and ready to serve colleagues across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations end to end across modules including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and PPM
Configuring, developing, and customizing applications to meet evolving business requirements using best practices for performance, security, and upgrade-safe development
Building and maintaining integrations with third-party tools and data sources using APIs, REST/SOAP, and scheduled imports




Owning the full development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and solution design through build, test, deployment, and ongoing support
Providing day-to-day production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Implementing and utilizing AI features within workflows to enhance development and support capabilities
Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, system managers, and business stakeholders globally
Managing Change, Release, and deployments via update sets while upholding coding, security, and QMS standards
