Salary: ₹24,250 CTC (₹20,000 In-Hand) + ₹3,500 Travel Allowance*
Eligibility:
- Graduation mandatory with all year mark sheets
- 6+ months experience in International Voice Process
- Positive communication and analytical skills
- Quality/QA experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer calls
- Provide quality feedback
- Ensure process compliance
- Prepare quality reports
- Identify performance gaps and support process improvement
*Travel allowance applicable if drop facility is not used.
