Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to civil engineering students, professionals, and institutional partners. Daily responsibilities include lead generation through calls, emails, and meetings, managing and nurturing client relationships,



and presenting Protrainy’s training programs and assessments to prospective customers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, preparing sales proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The Executive will also gather market insights and feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business planning to drive growth and strategic partnerships.
