Role Description
This full-time position as a Business Development Executive is based on-site at our Mohali, Punjab location. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing client accounts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, presenting solutions to potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications
Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Experience in Business strategy and understanding of revenue cycle management
Proficiency in Communication, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to perform Account Management and maintain solid client relationships
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Prior experience in healthcare or medical billing is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required
