Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Client Servicing & Brand Strategy to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and serve as the primary bridge between clients and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies, manage client relationships, drive seamless campaign execution, and identify account growth opportunities.
This role requires a strategic, organized,



and solution-oriented professional who can manage multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced environment while delivering an exceptional client experience from brief to reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand and agency stakeholders.
Understand client business objectives, category, audience, campaign goals and communication priorities.
Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews and status updates.
Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, budgets and dependencies.
Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays and concerns.

Brand & Campaign Strategy
Translate client briefs into clear influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Recommend creator mix, platform mix, content formats, campaign phases and performance benchmarks.
Conduct category, competitor, audience and creator-content research to strengthen recommendations.
