HR – Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate assignments, assessments, and interview feedback.
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, notice periods, and joining formalities.
Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future requirements.
Prepare and share regular hiring updates and recruitment reports.
Work closely with HR and business teams on workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Prior experience in an agency, media, advertising, creative, or fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring
