We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of AI Consulting to lead high-impact Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI engagements for large enterprise and consulting-led clients. This is a senior leadership position for an AI practitioner who can combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, client advisory capabilities, and the ability to build and scale AI consulting practices.
The role will focus on helping organisations identify, design, and implement AI-led transformation opportunities across business functions. You will work closely with senior executives and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have solid expertise across Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI,



with a proven track record of taking AI initiatives from strategy and experimentation through production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI consulting engagements from strategy and discovery through solution design, implementation, and value realization.
Develop enterprise AI and Generative AI strategies aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities.
Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation.
Design AI transformation roadmaps covering use-case prioritisation, technology adoption, operating models, governance, and implementation.
Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, adoption strategies, and business impact.
Lead the design and implementation of LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent workflows.
