Track and evaluate progress

Provide candid feedback
Own and drive learner transformation
4. Contribute Beyond Sessions
Support content, processes, and cross-functional initiatives
Adapt proactively as the role evolves

Requirements
Exceptional spoken English and clarity of thought
Experience in training, coaching, consulting, or leadership roles
Ability to handle ambitious senior professionals
Strong camera presence and confident online delivery
Comfort working with adult learners
Laptop, webcam, and secure WiFi

Preferred:
Degree in Psychology, English, or Education
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certifications
Experience with working professionals
Knowledge of NLP
