Role Description The FMCG Sales Officer is a full time, hybrid role based in Rajkot, with a mix of on-site market work and some work-from-home activities.



The role involves managing sales and distribution for HRIPL products in the assigned territory, including handling distributors and retailers, ensuring proper stock levels, and driving primary and secondary sales. The Sales Officer monitors market performance, tracks sales targets, and implements promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product penetration. Responsibilities include conducting regular market visits, collecting feedback from trade partners, analyzing competitor activity, and sharing structured reports and insights with the regional sales team. The role also requires building strong relationships with channel partners, coordinating with supply and marketing teams, and supporting in-store activations or local promotions to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in FMCG sales or field sales, preferably in beauty, personal care, or related consumer products.
