Unlike traditional assistants that only provide information, Nova performs operational work while respecting business rules, approvals and internal processes.
We've spent years helping finance teams automate and improve their operations through custom-built solutions. Now we're turning that experience into a product and helping shape what the next generation of finance teams will look like.
We're looking for our first marketing hire.
Not someone to run campaigns.
Not someone to keep a content calendar alive.
Someone who can help us communicate a new category, build a strong market presence, and make sure the right people understand why it matters.
We believe AI employees will become a standard part of finance teams over the next decade.

Many prospects first discover us through outreach and then visit our website, read our LinkedIn, and look for signals that help them understand who we are and why we matter.
Your role will be to make sure those moments work in our favour.
You will help us create clarity, build credibility, and generate awareness in a market that is only starting to understand what AI employees can do.
