Role Description This is a full time, on-site Bakery & Dessert Chef role based in Mumbai. The Bakery & Dessert Chef will prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, cookies, waffles, and other desserts, following standard recipes and quality guidelines. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring consistent product quality and presentation. The role involves organizing the workstation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards,



and managing stock levels of ingredients and supplies. The Bakery & Dessert Chef will also collaborate with the team to develop new menu items, respond to special requests, and support efficient kitchen operations during peak service hours.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in bakery operations, including experience working in a Bakery setting and handling Baking tasks
Practical skills in Food Preparation, with the ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
Hands-on experience producing Cookies and related baked desserts
Ability to prepare and bake various types of Bread with consistent quality
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation standards
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience as a bakery, pastry, or dessert chef in a commercial kitchen is preferred
Willingness to work flexible shifts,
