.Key Responsibilitie
sManage end-to-end technical recruitment
.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels
.Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
.Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews
.Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures
.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
.Achieve hiring targets and close positions within timelines
.Requirement
s1–3 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
.Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
.Positive understanding of technical roles and technologies
.Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri
.Strong communication and negotiation skills
.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
