About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience, currently based in India, who is open to relocating to Dubai to lead our device operations, refurbishment, technical operations, quality, dispatch, logistics, inventory, and vendor management across our multi-market footprint.
The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the complete lifecycle of handsets, laptops, and other consumer technology devices from receiving and diagnosis through refurbishment, repair, quality control, inventory, and final dispatch.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing technical/repair teams, refurbishment technicians, operational teams, production targets, quality standards, and multiple facilities or geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Device & Refurbishment Operations




Drive daily processing and refurbishment targets for handsets, laptops, and other consumer electronic devices and track performance against operational KPIs.
Manage the end-to-end device operations process, including receiving, diagnosis, refurbishment, repair, testing, quality control, inventory, and dispatch.
Manage and supervise refurbishment technicians, repair teams, quality teams, and operations staff.
Set technician productivity targets and monitor turnaround time, capacity utilization, and workforce efficiency.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve output and turnaround time.
Standardize refurbishment and repair processes across facilities and partner locations.
Ensure appropriate SOPs and workflows are followed for different device categories and technical requirements.
