ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a critical leadership role at Gryd Co. We're looking for a driven, vision-led Team Lead — someone who takes real ownership of client accounts and team outcomes, not just oversight of them. You'll manage client relationships, set the direction for project execution, and lead a team of Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, and Designers. Beyond strong client servicing and digital/social/PR know-how, we want someone who sets transparent goals, holds the team accountable to them, and genuinely leads from the front.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the performance and growth of client accounts — not just manage them — building strong relationships and
driving high client satisfaction.
• Set clear goals and direction for the team, and lead them to consistently deliver against those goals.
• Lead and mentor Social Media Managers, Designers, and other team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee timely execution of content calendars and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams — Strategy, Design, Content, Digital Marketing, and Finance — to ensure seamless
execution.
• Review creative deliverables for brand alignment and quality before they go out to clien
