Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer – Calling/Sales (3–7 years) based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



The Trainer will design and deliver sales and calling training programs for inside sales and customer-facing teams, focusing on call handling, lead conversion, and customer engagement best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-floor training sessions, preparing training materials and scripts, running role plays, and monitoring trainee performance against set KPIs. The role involves identifying skill gaps, coaching team members individually, and collaborating with sales managers to align training content with business goals and campaign requirements. The Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training reports, recommending process improvements, and supporting recent hire onboarding to ensure consistent sales and service standards.
Qualifications

Strong training & development skills, including experience designing and facilitating sales and calling training programs.
