Role Description This is a full-time, on-site tellycalling role based in Jalandhar. The tellycaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Brand Your Trend’s digital marketing services, generate leads, and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings clearly, addressing basic queries,



updating call records and customer information in company systems, and following up on interested leads to support conversions. The role also involves meeting call and performance targets, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing feedback on customer needs and market responses.
