Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist focused on ERP systems in the USA market. The Sales Specialist will prospect and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales cycle for ERP solutions targeted at manufacturing and industrial clients.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demos, tailoring proposals to client requirements, and collaborating with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate scoping. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track activities, forecasting revenue, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, provide market feedback to internal teams, and stay current on ERP trends, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling ERP or software solutions to manufacturing or industrial clients in the USA market.
Solid skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.
