Job Purpose

The role is responsible for assisting in Invoicing & receivables, documentation, accounting, GST filing, reports/MIS preparation, tax compliances etc.

Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities

KPIs

Financial reports

Assisting F&A; team in preparing financial statements, debtors’ aging and other financial reports; Prepare and distribute regular cash flow reports to Management

Banking Activities

Ensure accuracy of documentation and approval of all invoices; Prepare payment letters, RTGS/NEFT letters for vendor/employee payments; Preparation of BRS; Coordination with bankers

Accounting Activities

Day-to-day accounting activities, Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions including maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and journal

Audit

Support F&A; leadership during internal and external audits

Financial Planning, budgeting & Analysis

support F&A; team in budget preparation and financial planning

Special Projects and Initiatives





Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Education Qualifications

CA-Inter

Relevant Experience

 3-5 years of relevant experience

 Understanding of Financial accounting

 Working knowledge of Banking activities

 Experience of Accounting Package

 Familiarity with MS office and SAP
