? We’re Hiring | Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Join Maniac, a rapid-growing fashion & streetwear D2C brand.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing professional with 4–6 years of experience, preferably from a D2C/e-commerce brand, with strong expertise in scaling paid acquisition and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and scale Meta Ads and paid acquisition campaigns.
Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue, and profitability targets.
Build full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
Drive structured creative testing and identify winning ads/hooks.
Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion efficiency.
Track performance using Meta, GA4, Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
Work closely with creative, merchandising,



and website teams.
Own reporting, forecasting, optimization, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong D2C/e-commerce background.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign scaling.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.
Strong analytical and creative-testing skills.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or apparel D2C brands is a plus.
High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
