We are looking for a smart, active, and enthusiastic US IT W2 Recruiter with strong experience in the US Staffing/Recruitment industry.
Key Requirements:
· 7–8 years of experience in US IT W2 Recruitment
· Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients
· Excellent understanding of US Staffing, W2, and different work authorization types
· Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels
· Strong candidate screening and qualification skills
· Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
· Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process
· Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
· Ability to work independently and drive recruitment activities without constant supervision
· Result-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
· Should have valuable judgment, problem-solving ability, and common sense
