Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Channel Sales role based in Lucknow. The Channel Sales professional will identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive solar panel sales within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include building robust relationships with distributors and dealers, providing product and pricing information,



and supporting partners with sales strategies and promotional activities. The role involves conducting market visits, tracking sales performance, resolving partner and customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams for timely order processing, installation, and after-sales support. The individual will also contribute to local market development initiatives, participate in events or campaigns, and ensure alignment with the company’s standards for sustainability and customer satisfaction.

● Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, contractors, and channel partners in assigned territories.
● Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners and local market activities.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
● Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for technical and commercial proposals.
● Maintain regular communication with dealers
