Most early-career marketing roles give you one channel, one manager, and a job description that looks the same after two years as it did on day one. This is not that. We built NIKI, an agentic AI platform that automates cybersecurity and enterprise operations at machine speed. Our Founding Sales Lead is closing the first $2M in global ARR. You build the engine that makes every deal easier, every prospect warmer, and VISCR AI impossible to ignore, while growing from a 1-year marketing skilled into a fully-rounded growth leader within 18 months.

? Your Mission as our Founding Growth Associate

Lead overall marketing operations: You own tools such as HubSpot end-to-end, database, sequences, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, and attribution dashboard. Every prospect, every webinar attendee,



and every inbound enquiry with correct source attribution and next action. You produce a weekly marketing contribution report: demos generated, pipeline influenced, revenue attributed, not vanity metrics, revenue-linked metrics.
Own and build the end-to-end marketing pipeline, Brand Establishment.
Track metrics aggressively: CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity
SEO and AI SEO: Aggressive and Systematic.
Drive lead generation, qualification, and early-stage deal movement, Pre-Sales Support.
Work directly with founders on GTM strategy and execution.

Launch and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Email, and AI-native ecosystems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Support webinars, demos, hackathons, and field campaigns. Create compelling blogs, case studies, decks, landing pages, and outbound sequences.
