We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with parents and handle their queries professionally.
Explain Student Shield plans, perks, and enrollment process.
Follow up with parents and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain call records and customer data in Excel.
Achieve assigned follow-up and enrollment targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident in speaking with and handling parents.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Additional skills in Canva, AI tools, or CRM software will be an added advantage.
