Role Description The Laundry Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations and ensuring smooth workflow across the facility. This position involves supervising laundry staff, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining quality standards for washing, drying, ironing, and finishing garments and linens. The Laundry Supervisor coordinates order processing, manages inventory of detergents and supplies,



and ensures equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. The role includes handling customer queries related to laundry services, resolving service issues, and implementing best practices for hygiene, stain treatment, and garment care. The Supervisor also supports training of new team members, enforces safety and cleanliness protocols, and collaborates with management to improve processes and meet service targets.
