Our architects lead the design and governance of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations that drive measurable revenue growth, customer retention, and operational agility.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture for end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft, LWC) — from discovery to deployment and CI/CD governance.
Design and document scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns and Salesforce Einstein AI integrations.
Own solution design reviews, technical debt mitigation, and performance optimization for large-scale orgs (10M+ records).
Architect integrations with ERP, Marketing Cloud,



and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft Anypoint.
Mentor junior architects and developers; enforce Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, and DevOps hygiene (SFDX, Git, CI/CD).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical blueprints while maintaining compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
