Job Description: AI Agent Developer (Copilot Studio / Power Platform)

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals who specialize in designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, with a proven track record of implementing scalable, production-ready agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio
• Build and customize applications using Power Apps
• Develop and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure,



and aligned with enterprise standards
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing agents and automations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers
• Maintain documentation and best practices for development and deployment
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
• Solid expertise in Power Apps
• Deep knowledge of Power Automate (flows, RPA, integrations)
• Experience building and delivering enterprise-level AI agents or automation solutions
• Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Power Platform with external systems
• Understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
