Key Responsibilities

* Call and follow up with leads generated by the sales and marketing teams.
* Explain the SaaSGold product and its features to prospective customers.
* Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
* Follow up on field sales team leads and provide regular updates.
* Assist customers during onboarding and provide basic product support.
* Maintain accurate lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
* Coordinate closely with the Sales, Support, and Onboarding teams to improve conversion rates.

Preferred Skills

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to communicate in *Hindi* is preferred.
* Additional language proficiency such as *Telugu* or other regional languages is an added advantage.




* Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software applications.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualification

* Any Graduate or Diploma.
* Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Customer Service is preferred.
