About Vedricx Global
Vedricx Global is a growing startup launching a career-focused diploma program covering Grooming, Personality Development, Communication Skills, English Enhancement, Customer Service, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Interview Preparation and Placement Support.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of building our sales and marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage the complete sales funnel and conversion process.
* Develop sales & marketing SOPs, strategies and processes.
* Drive admissions and take ownership of revenue generation.
* Handle sales calls, counselling, follow-ups and negotiations.
* Build, train and lead the sales team as the business grows.
* Identify manpower requirements such as interns, associates and executives.
* Set targets,
track KPIs and ensure team productivity.
* Develop new lead-generation and marketing strategies.
* Work directly with the leadership team and operate independently.

? Compensation
Our diploma program is priced at ₹50,000.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will receive:
6% Revenue Share per Successful Sale = ₹3,000 per admission
