Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects to develop design concepts, produce detailed construction documents, and assist with site coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases of the architectural process.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting: Assist in the preparation of conceptual designs, schematic designs, and design development presentations.

Documentation: Draft accurate and detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections,



and construction documents.

3D Modeling: Create 3D models and high-quality renderings to visualize projects for client presentations.

Site Visits: Accompany senior architects on site visits to monitor construction progress, take measurements, and prepare site reports.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design intent is accurately executed.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Strong foundation in architectural design principles, space planning, and detailing.

Understanding of structural principles, building materials, and local building codes.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.

Software Proficiency
Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp
