Job Description
Vimal Properties is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team in Dadar.
The role involves handling sales of residential flats, generating and following up with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, conducting property site visits, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential buyers interested in residential flats.
Understand customers' budget, requirements, and preferences.
Explain property features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other details.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales and booking process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,
and conversions.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales / property sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working onsite in Dadar, Mumbai.
Candidates with knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will have an advantage.
