Role Description This part-time Life Insurance Agent role is based in Lucknow and follows a hybrid work model, combining in office client interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent will identify potential customers, explain LIC products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual financial goals and protection needs.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting, scheduling meetings, presenting policy options, completing application documentation, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with LIC offices on policy issuance, servicing, and claims. The agent is expected to uphold regulatory and company guidelines while meeting sales targets and promoting LIC’s values.
