We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Site In-Charge to independently manage civil construction and finishing works for our residential project in Bengaluru/ Maduari/Chennai.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise day-to-day site execution.
Coordinate civil, finishing and related subcontractors.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, doors/windows and other finishing works.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality and rectify defects/snagging.
Maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and subcontractors.
Check quantities and coordinate measurements/billing.
Monitor material requirements and wastage.
Ensure proper site safety practices and PPE compliance.
Track project schedules and ensure timely completion.




Coordinate inspections and approvals.
Manage manpower and subcontractor productivity.
Assist in project handover and final snag rectification.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of relevant site experience.
Experience in residential/apartment construction preferred.
Strong experience in civil + finishing works.
Ability to independently manage subcontractors and site activities.
Valuable knowledge of drawings, measurements and construction practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to take ownership of project timelines and quality.
Candidates currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate preferred.
