About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll actively contribute to software configuration and testing projects through all phases—initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation.
This techno-functional role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet client and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive implementations with the Product Solution Lead/Manager.
✅ Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
✅ Analyse requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and configure those solutions.
✅ Collaborate with SMEs/Product Owners to establish requirements.
✅ Participate in design, development, and testing phases.
✅ Conduct unit testing and ensure requirements traceability.
✅ Actively contribute to project planning, tracking,



and agile sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience:
? 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or in a similar role).
? Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields.
✔️ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills (knowledge of programming is a plus).
✔️ Proficient in MS Office and AI tools (e.g., Claude).
✔️ Experience in configuring/implementing BPM or document management tools is an advantage.
✔️ Prior experience in US Healthcare is a plus.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
