About the Role

The Alliance Executive is a production-focused role responsible for connecting Travelxp’s internal production teams with tourism boards, consulates, government bodies, hotels, airlines, DMCs, international partners, and other external stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of Travelxp productions.

The role involves taking production requirements and converting them into actionable plans, coordinating permissions and partnerships, managing logistics, supporting budgets, and ensuring that shoots are executed as planned.

This is primarily an office-based role (approximately 80%), with travel opportunities based on production requirements and the individual’s performance, ownership, reliability, and skillset.



Travel opportunities will be evaluated and assigned by the reporting manager.

The role is suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and capable of building systems and solutions independently rather than waiting for instructions at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnerships & Pre-Production

Work closely with Program Directors, Producers, Scriptwriters, Production, and other internal teams to understand filming requirements and convert them into actionable production plans.
Coordinate with tourism boards, tourism ministries, consulates, government authorities, and international partners for filming permissions, access, collaborations, and destination support.
Identify and develop relationships with potential international partners relevant to Travelxp productions.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, attractions, restaurants, activity providers, and other tourism stakeholders for production support and partnerships.
