Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead – Podcasts & Branded Content / Senior Podcast Producer – Video & Audio.



The role involves developing and managing original podcast and video show concepts that align with brand strategy and Ayurvedic wellness themes. The person in this role will plan episode formats, write scripts and show notes, coordinate guest appearances, and oversee pre-production, recording, and post-production workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams to integrate podcasts into broader campaigns, supervising audio and video editing, ensuring high production standards, and maintaining consistent release schedules. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, managing production calendars, and contributing to branded content initiatives across digital platforms.
Qualifications
Podcast and audio production skills, including experience with recording, editing, sound design, and workflow management.
