Role Description The Senior Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore. This role is responsible for supervising and performing daily housekeeping tasks, including maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel cleanliness standards. The associate monitors room supplies, linen quality, and cleaning equipment, and reports maintenance issues promptly. They support and guide housekeeping staff, help train new team members, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.



The role also involves coordinating with front office and other departments to meet guest requirements, respond to special requests, and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of housekeeping operations, including room cleaning procedures, public area maintenance, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Experience supervising or leading housekeeping staff, with the ability to delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to follow and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards, including handling of linens, waste disposal, and infection control practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
High level of attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple rooms and tasks efficiently.
