Role Description The Travel Trainer (faculty) will deliver classroom sessions on travel management, ticketing procedures, and related industry practices, ensuring that learners gain practical and job-ready skills. Responsibilities include planning and updating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials and presentations, and conducting assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to monitor learner progress. The trainer will provide guidance on industry standards, customer service expectations, and professional etiquette, while fostering an engaging and inclusive learning workplace. Additional duties include maintaining training records, coordinating with the academic team for curriculum improvements,



and participating in workshops or events organized by the institute. This is a contract, on-site role based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of travel management, ticketing, reservations systems, and basic fare calculation.
Must Be IATA certified
Knowledge of AMADEUS
Experience in aviation, travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors, preferably in a training or customer-facing role.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
Ability to design lesson plans, create training materials, and use basic computer applications and digital tools in the classroom.
