Job Title - Sr. Mendix Developer
Work Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai
Work Mode - Hybrid

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a Sr. Developer responsible for the development of recent software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop reusable microflows, nanoflows, domain models, pages, and widgets.
Integrate Mendix applications with REST, SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Perform code reviews and maintain application quality using Mendix best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.




Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and stakeholders. • Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
Mentor junior Mendix developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Mendix application development.
Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and the Mendix platform.
Experience with Mendix Marketplace components and custom widgets.
Proficiency in Microflows, Nanoflows, Domain Models, and Security.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of Java actions and custom Java development within Mendix.
Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (preferred).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skill
