Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Gandhidham. The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting and reviewing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and creating purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, tracking deliveries, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports.



The Procurement Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure timely availability of materials, and support cost optimization and quality standards. The role also includes evaluating supplier performance, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including purchase orders and purchase management, and the ability to follow structured procurement workflows.
Demonstrated analytical skills to compare quotations, assess total cost of ownership, and prepare procurement reports for decision-making.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with suppliers, and document procurement activities clearly.
Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and basic contract or terms negotiation is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or procurement sof
