About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing order-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels
Assist customers with order status, delivery, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery issues
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team when required
Maintain accurate customer and order-related records
Provide customers with clear and timely information
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order journey
Prepare and maintain daily customer support reports
Requirements




Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good listening skills and a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
Freshers can apply
Previous customer support/telecalling experience will be an advantage
