Gana Engineering Services Private Limited (formerly Gana Outsourcing Private Limited), based in Mannivakkam, Chennai, is a specialized engineering services company providing structural and miscellaneous steel detailing, connection design, SolidWorks drafting, and estimation/quantity take-offs. Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position in Tamil Nadu for Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates (BE/Diploma). The selected candidates will support steel detailing and engineering activities, including:
Preparing and reviewing CAD/steel detailing drawings.
Assisting with connection design and quantity take-offs.
Interpreting engineering drawings, codes, and standards.




Performing basic quality checks on design and detailing outputs.
Working with senior engineers and detailing teams to support ongoing projects.
Maintaining project documentation and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
BE/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Basic knowledge of CAD; knowledge of Tekla Structures or similar software is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Tamil Nadu and build a long-term career in steel detailing and engineering services.
Compensation
Salary: ₹30,000 per month (CTC)
