Role Summary

As an SEO Specialist at Niyo, you will play a crucial role in driving organic growth and enhancing our online visibility. You will lead the SEO strategy in collaboration with our external agency, ensuring alignment with our business goals and timely execution. And eventually lead all SEO related efforts with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy in collaboration with our external agency, focusing on increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Niyo and the SEO agency, ensuring explicit communication and timely execution of SEO initiatives.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeting.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing campaigns.




Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on SEO performance, progress, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive organic growth.
Experience working with external agencies and managing agency relationships.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Comfortable in dealing with numbers on daily basis
