As a Lead Product Designer for CREW, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems. Craft meaningful, delightful experiences. We value innovation, high engagement, and a healthy dose of fun.
About the role:
The Lead Product Designer I will be responsible for driving specific B2C charters and mentoring junior designers working with them on the charter. They have to carry out user immersions,



incorporate insights into their projects, architect frameworks for the features/products they are in charge of, and be a bar raiser for craft and final outputs.
