Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of the local real estate market, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated skilled who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other sales channels.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and presentations for clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, documentation, and customer relations) to ensure smooth onboarding and transaction closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming project launches in the Dharwad region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (2–8 years overall experience considered).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong working knowledge of the Dharwad real estate market preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Valid driving lic
