Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. If you instinctively save trending reels, know why one meme works and another doesn't, and can turn brand moments into viral content, we'd love to meet you.
You'll own LimeRoad's day-to-day social media presence while working closely with our Content, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Design and Performance Marketing teams to build a brand that people genuinely want to follow.

Key Responsibilities
1- Social Media Strategy & Execution
Own and manage LimeRoad's Instagram and other social media platforms.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns,



launches and key fashion moments.
Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, memes and platform updates.
Build a distinct Gen Z and young millennial brand voice.

2- Content Planning
Ideate high-performing social-first content across reels, carousels, stories and static posts.
Write engaging captions, hooks and on-screen copy.
Work with the in-house content team to brief, plan and execute shoots.
Ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement and shareability.

3- Community Management
Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Respond to comments, DMs and conversations in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
Create moments that encourage UGC and community participation.

4- Influencer & Creator Collaboration
Work alongside the influencer marketing team to plan creator collaborations.
Help ideate campaign concepts for influencers.
Ensure influencer content aligns with the overall brand identity.
