About the Role
Indroyd Labs is looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities for our RFID-based cashless and automation solutions.
You will be responsible for finding potential customers, reaching out to them, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions and developing the opportunity up to the pre-closure stage.
This is a hands-on sales role. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers over calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings. You may also need to visit prospective customers when required.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through online research, databases, industry directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions and other channels.
Contact inbound and outbound leads and introduce Indroyd Labs' products and solutions.
Understand the prospect's business, existing systems, requirements and pain points.
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, decision-making authority and likelihood of conversion.




Conduct product presentations and coordinate or conduct product demonstrations.
Regularly follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Visit prospective customers for meetings, demonstrations and requirement discussions when required.
Build relationships with business owners, managers and other decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and opportunity status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the technical and management teams for solution requirements and commercial discussions.
Take qualified opportunities to the pre-closure stage and assist the closing team with information required for final negotiation and closure.
Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions, digital marketing, referrals and incoming enquiries.
Consistently work towards lead-generation, meeting and prospect-development targets.
