Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Processing: Create, change, and track purchase orders and requisitions using SAP MM/S4HANA modules
Goods & Service Receipts: Post material goods receipts or accept service entry sheets when shipments or services arrive
Invoice Verification:



Match vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to resolve discrepancies
Three-Way Matching: Perform a strict 3-way match verifying vendor invoice details against the Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt Note (GRN/MIGO), and service entry sheet
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and billing issues
Additional Responsibilities: Support any other procurement, finance administration, or operational coordination tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or business team

Requirements

System Experience: Knowledge of database systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) or FICO integration is preferred
Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow
Communication: Positive verbal and written skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
