Job Purpose
The Candidate will be responsible for administrating Parts and Lubricants sales growth through close coordination with sales team
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, business planning, target management, pricing, marketing initiatives, and sales analytics to maximize aftermarket revenue and profitability.
The candidate should have strong experience in the tractor, agricultural equipment, automotive, construction equipment, or similar OEM industry, with proven expertise in aftermarket business management
Key Responsibilities
Sales Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop annual and quarterly Parts & Lubricants sales targets in line with organizational objectives
Develop monthly sales forecasts and monitor budget achievement.
Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions for achieving business targets.
Ensure profitability targets are achieved through proper product mix and pricing strategies. Support new product launches and aftermarket business e
