Job Purpose: Lead - HVAC is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the
effective and efficient operation, maintenance, and energy management of HVAC
systems. This role involves leading a team of HVAC technicians, developing
policies and maintenance schedules, and implementing best practices for
preventive and predictive maintenance. The Lead - HVAC is responsible for
optimizing system performance, conserving energy, and minimizing operational
costs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Through
strong leadership and technical expertise, the Lead aims to maintain high
equipment availability and reliability, supporting a secure and comfortable
