Senior GenAI Engineer – FAIR AI Layer

Creyente Infotech is hiring a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer to take technical ownership of the AI Layer for FAIR , our platform for trading-platform observability and upgrade intelligence.

You will work with a talented team of AI engineers, providing technical direction, reviewing implementations and building production-ready AI capabilities across FAIR Observe and FAIR Upgrade.

What You’ll Do
* Design and develop the FAIR AI architecture.
* Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents and vector databases.
* Develop scalable Python APIs and backend AI services.
* Guide junior engineers and review designs and code.
* Establish AI evaluation, accuracy and hallucination-control standards.
* Analyse logs, metrics,



incidents and upgrade-comparison data.
* Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and production-ready.

What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years in software, AI or ML engineering.
* Strong Python and backend-development experience.
* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
* Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
* Experience deploying AI applications to cloud environments.
* Strong technical decision-making and mentoring ability.

Experience in observability, enterprise platforms, banking or capital markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
